Return & Exchange Policy:

All In-Store Sales Final. For In-Store Purchases:

Please be sure to inspect your item(s) before purchasing. If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase date it may be exchanged for store credit. We do not offer cash or card refunds on any products. Exchanges shall be made at the sole discretion of Aldrich Home store managers and employees. Please keep in mind that we will not offer an exchange on items you have had for more than 7 days! 

For Web Orders:

We carefully inspect our products for damage prior to shipping them to ensure you receive the highest quality items we have on hand. If the damage appears to have occurred from the shipping company, you will be advised to file a claim with them. Aldrich Home is not responsible for any damaged or broken items that happen during shipping. 

Lost Mail:


Aldrich Home is not responsible for lost packages. You will need to file a claim with the carrier and resolve your issue with them.

Shipping:

When you place an order, we estimate shipping costs and delivery dates based on the availability of your items. We ship only through USPS at this time. Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed.

Our store sells antique reproductions and new products. Most all of our products are handmade, have color variations, and slight imperfections. These are not acceptable reasons for a return and should be taken into consideration when purchasing. 

In the event an item is found to be defective upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at thealdrichhome@gmail.com to resolve your issue. In the event your item is found to be defective by an Aldrich Home manager or employee, we ask you to please mail your item to:
